Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd (PAM) is one of six heavy aircraft maintenance providers for our client Ryanair, carrying out maintenance on Ryanair's entire fleet of New Generation Boeing 737-800 series aircraft, at our Hangar facility located at Prestwick International Airport, Ayrshire, Scotland.
PAM has an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Projects Engineer. Working closely with the Group workshop Manager and senior workshop staff the project engineer will support various engineering and technical disciplines within workshop projects. The project engineer will be involved in the scheduling, planning, resourcing, and management of technical activities required to ensure projects are delivered on time and in full.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Supporting the development of existing and new workshop capabilities across all sites
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities across various workshop processes
- Using and developing IT systems to support the workshop and overall company
- Taking the lead in mission critical workshop projects
- Driving, leading, and motivating team members to deliver actions and projects on time
- Maintaining a working knowledge of company procedures and processes to ensure you can support the workshop teams’ goal to maintain industry leading standards and compliance to aerospace regulations such as EASA Part 145 and Part 21
Requirements
