We're looking for a talented Project Engineer to work for our client in Acton.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience in Autodesk Inventor and with a degree level in physics.

If that's you then you could be exactly what they're looking for, even if you've got limited work experience but have recently graduated in a relevant or related field.


The Package for Project Engineer:

Basic salary: £28,000 to £30,000k/yr
This is full time, permanent role ( 8 hours shift per day)


The Role for Project Engineer:

As the Project Engineer you will be primarily responsible for the design of superconducting magnets and the refrigeration systems required to cool them to cryogenic temperature.

Responsibilities of a Project Engineer:

• Working within the design team, ultimately reporting to the Technical Director
• The design and project management of such systems and will be expected to apply your knowledge of physics and engineering directly to this design process
• Managing the project timeline and budget and ensure that your designs pass smoothly through the production process
• Liaising on the design with our customers, who include many of the world's leading research institutes and effectively transfer these requirements into instructions for our manufacturing division
• Using CAD based drawing, finite element modelling and other computer based tools engineering tools as part of your daily work
• The testing of your systems and be prepared to visit customers and take a role in the installation of systems, once delivered

The ideal candidate for this Project Engineer role:

Have relevant experience in using Autodesk Inventor software.
Strong communication skills
The ability to liaise with customers
Knowledge of physics and engineering
