Customer Engagement Officer
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Engagement Officer to join our Customer Experience Team at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group. The successful candidate will assist in supporting the Customer Engagement Manager in the delivery of the customer engagement service at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) and act as the link between WCHG teams and our customers.

Main Duties Include*
Proactively working with internal partners to identify, develop and deliver involvement opportunities across the business, designed to meet the objectives of the Customer Engagement Strategy and Service Plan. You will promote and manage the process of recruiting and retaining residents to take up customer engagement opportunities at WCHG and develop and deliver training to tenants and internal partners to ensure the Customer Engagement service is understood and supported appropriately across the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively developing and promoting the Customer Engagement Service through digital channels as part of a Digital First model of service delivery.
