Project Delivery Manager - Brighton - £68K
We are looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join a dynamic team for a Financial Services client based in Brighton. The role will be to manage, motivate and develop Project delivery teams to deliver on time, budget and ensuring that all business outcomes are completed. The Project Delivery Manager will be able to deliver on Technical and Change Projects and is able to coach and mentor the wider Change team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead the delivery of change for small team
- Applying Change Methodology according to client's governance process
- Manage key stakeholders across the business and third parties
- Collaborate with delivery and Practice functions
- Coach other Delivery Managers to ensure high standard of performance
Skills Required
- Project/Programme Delivery experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master
- Agile experience
- Full Software Development Life cycle
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Adaptable, whilst following regulations
