The Role:
The role of the Project Delivery Coordinator (PDC) is to plan, manage and deliver customer projects according to set deadlines and within budget.
The PDC will be expected to manage multiple projects concurrently to successful conclusion by managing the project-scope, budget, timescales and quality.
The PDC is responsible for project planning, execution, quality, financial
control, management of risks, issues, change and customer communication.
The PDC will develop strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders to ensure their projects are delivered successfully and to the customer satisfaction.
- Define project scope, project products and deliverables.
- Designing project and communication plans for solution delivery.
- Co-ordination of internal and external resource.
- Raising Purchase Orders and ordering materials to be sent to customers.
- Liaising with service teams on provisioning orders.
- Continued updates on progress of project to customers.
- Identify and manage key stakeholder relationships
- Configuration of Hosted orders as required.
- Adding all aspects of the project billing to the corporate CRM.
- Identify, record and monitor any Project risks.
- Conduct Project Meetings; both internal and external.
- Manage the Project budget; escalating and obtaining authorisation for any work required outside of the
- budget.
- Update and maintain customer records on the CRM ensuring details and pricing are 100% correct.
- Update and maintain job and project tasks on the CRM.
- Coach, mentor and cross train project team members as required.
- Provide advice and assistance with pre-sales as required.
Hours & Pay:
- £32,000 to £35,000
- Monday to Friday
- Permanent
- Hybrid (First 2 months full time in the office, then 2/3 split either way.
Requirements are:
- Project management experience, preferably within the telecommunications industry or other technology industry where you can demonstrate a track record of delivering technology projects.
- Proficient using the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.).
- Preferred Skills and Experience
- Prince 2 Foundation or equivalent level recognised project management qualification or experience.
- Experience using Project Management tools such as Trello, Asana, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Projects.
