Job Title: Project Coordinator - Civils
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Brentwood
Salary: £23,000 per year
Days/Hours of work: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 4:00
Job Summary:
A rapidly growing telecommunications company in the Brentwood area are looking for a bright and energetic person to join our growing admin team. You will be part of a young company that has grown exponentially in the last few years and now need a project coordinator to aid the company as we continue to grow.
This role would be ideal for an individual who is willing to work within a team but also not hesitate to use their own initiative as well, giving their best for the team and helping the company’s overall growth.
Main Duties:
- Updating internal and external databases.
- Data entry on our company systems
- Working cross-functionally with internal and external teams
- Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets
- Compiling reports
- Attending/holding meetings to organise internal/external works.
- Problem solving tasks that can’t be completed by the engineers.
Work Experience & Key skills required:
· Experience in a telecommunications or utilities company will be a major advantage.
· Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
· The role will be office based but away from public transportation – Full UK clean driving licence and car are essential.
· Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
· Good communication and time management skills
· Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
