The Opportunity:
Brand new opportunity for an organised professional to join a creative-first performance marketing and events agency based in Manchester as Project Coordinator, supporting the Paid Media / Advertising team.
The agency works an impressive list of the world's most well-loved music events, music festivals and international brands. Whilst this makes up the core of the work, other clients includes wider consumer (retail, food and beverage, influencer, etc).
The Role:
The Project Co-Ordinator will be based four days a week in Manchester and up to one day a week remotely, ensuring the agency produces the outstanding Paid Media work required to achieve its world-class ambitions.
Working alongside some of the most well-loved and known music events, your team will create and optimise world-class paid media campaigns to launch and sell tickets for music festivals and events worldwide. You’ll work on some with a traditional agency-client relationship and others with an internal relationship working directly with the in-house team.
You’ll be reporting directly to the Head of Paid Media and work within a team of 2 Paid Media Managers, 2 Senior Paid Media Executives and 2 Apprentices. Your role will see you working across the onboarding of each client, ensuring they get set up correctly internally and within the project management systems.
You will be required to manage the initial liaison with the client and associated third parties and communicate with the internal delivery team ensuring everything is ready for the technical teams to begin their work.
Furthermore, you will manage reporting across the group weekly to ensure consistency. You will also manage internal checklists to help the team ensure that all agreed deliverables for our clients are on track. We are looking for someone passionate and highly experienced with at least two years of experience in project coordination.

The ideal candidate for the Project Coordinator will have:
- A personal track record of running successful projects and keeping them on track.
- Proven experience successfully working with minimal supervision, trusting their intuition.
- Experience challenging things in a positive way.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- The ability to work well in a group setting.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ideal but not compulsory: Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Google, YouTube & others. Including knowledge of using Meta Business Manager.
- Ideal but not compulsory: A passion for music, festivals and events.
