Job description
Reliable and experienced housekeeper and handyman/driver couple required for large 125 acre estate approximately one hour from Glasgow. Beautiful rural setting but only ten minutes from nearest town, and supermarkets. Public transport links immediately adjacent to the estate
Duties will include maintaining the main house (which has just been fully renovated) and grounds to exceptional standards, ensuring first class presentation for when the principles are in residence. Three other airbnb cottages within grounds will require guest changeovers on a regular basis.
All aspects of house/estate management including maintenance and minor repairs, gardening, driving of estate vehicles including airport runs and the like, and dealing with contractors. You will have a requirement to maintain to a budget. You will be supplemented by other team members from time to time with regards to additional housekeeping, and gardening etc, particularly when guests or events are expected
You must be experienced in a similar role, be trustworthy, discreet, and extremely conscientious. One or preferably both will hold a driving licence, preferably with no endorsements.
This is a 24/7 role when the principles are in residence (circa 30% of the time), with working hours balancing out at other times when the role will be more Monday to Friday
Onsite private accommodation provided, council tax paid by estate, modest contribution to heating and electricity required

Salary: £3,000.00-£4,500.00 per month
