This Financial Services Firm is looking for a Project Coordinator who will be part of an established high performing team and you will be accountable for coordinating all aspects of business administration.
Some of the duties are:-
- Coordinate data and project timelines
- Maintain project budgets
- Coordinate purchase order process
- Lead end to end project invoice process
- Raise Client invoices etc
Skills and experience required:-
- Educated to degree level
- Strong knowledge of IT including MS Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Visio and SharePoint and D365
- Knowledge of end to end project invoice process
