About the role
Do you want to be responsible for the efficiency in our business? Join us on our Project Coordinator Apprenticeship and study, learn and work towards a professional qualification while earning a salary of £23,000!
Our Network Operations team are responsible for ensuring all the boxes have been ticked to allow projects to move forward. As an apprentice, you’ll take on a portfolio of projects to ensure requirements are met and projects can be efficiently supervised.
Build skills for the future
Apprentices will be working on a variety of projects, all at different stages of the project cycle. One moment you could be identifying testing opportunities, the next discussing support models (don’t worry, we’ll explain what all of that involves!). You’ll need to make sure each step of the process is complete to our standards before any new or upgraded technology can be handed into live for our monitor and fix teams to manage. Examples of responsibilities you could take on include:
- Collaborating with Project Managers to gather requirements, complete impact assessments and run through the project plan to identify key information
- Taking part in key activities designed to bring services to life, such as alarm workshops, scoping meetings and basic testing
- Working with internal teams to understand how future projects could impact tools, teams and processes
