Job title: Project Coordinator
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £25,000 per annum (FTE)
Working hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Work from home, must be UK based

Benefits: 32 days paid annual leave, including public holidays per annum (FTE), flexible working and TreeSisters operates a discretionary wellness scheme which currently offers six wellness days (FTE) pro-rata per annum.

About the Role

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting workflows and specific projects to make us more efficient and effective as a charity. They will assist various teams with project tasks and logistics from the initial planning stages and evaluating thereafter.

Current large-scale projects include the publication of an Ethical Tree Growing Framework, the implementation plan for our Green Cover Strategy and the launch of a new website. Other smaller projects include creating drafts of policies or procedures to support internal infrastructure work, providing technical support on virtual events, and developing digital storage structures. A key part of this role will be general administration support and completion of ad-hoc tasks.

Core Accountabilities of the Role

  • Support with planning projects and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget
  • Work with team members to define a project’s scope and goals
  • Carry out project tasks, monitor and report to stakeholders on the progress of the project and identify areas for improvement
  • Complete all project administration
  • Utilise best practice, identify any risks or concerns and communicate these effectively
  • General ad-hoc administration and support as required by the charity
