We have an opportunity to join our team in an exciting and pivotal role of Project Coordinator. This role will be central to supporting our Senior Leadership Team, by pulling things together and making things happen. You will work with a diverse group of people who are passionate about what they do.
The Project Coordinator will be an expert relationship builder who can autonomously run projects through to completion. Reporting to the SLT, this vital support role will coordinate the working group initiatives across the company and take on tasks associated with strategic initiatives.
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, normal hours 8:30am – 17:00 Mon to Fri)
Location: Harrow, London – Hybrid
Travel: Occasional travel to other centres as requested
Salary: £32,500 - £37,500 per annum
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support in arranging meetings for the CEO and other SLT members, particularly those of a more complex nature to organise.
- Help plan and organise online events such as annual kick offs and weekly All Hands Calls.
- Work with private equity owners, Bridges Fund Management, and their support team to arrange meetings and events.
- Coordinate internal groups and committees such as for Quality & Compliance, Charities, EDI and strategy development.
- Undertake and help co-ordinate key business improvement projects, working with members of the SLT and operations managers from across the business.
- Support the People team with administration of certain activities such as engagement surveys.

Essential
- Strong administration background
- Drive to deliver results and demonstrate proactivity
- Diligent with excellent attention to detail, whilst working in a fast paced environment
- Problem solver who uses initiative and curious
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrable communication, team-working and organisational skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- 5 GCSE’s at Grades A-C including English and Maths or equivalent
- Experience of organising workloads; determining priorities and meeting deadlines
Desirable
- Project Management Qualification
- Previous experience working within the education sector
- Project Management Experience
