Job description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Technology Project Manager to join our HR Technology, Insights and Recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of HR technology projects, including the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of HR systems and tools.
Your excellent organisational skills, technical expertise in spreadsheets, presentation creation ,time management and office based tools (google workspace a distinct advantage) and knowledge of HR processes will contribute to the seamless integration of HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritise HR technology project requirements and objectives.
- Assist in planning and requirement gathering of projects, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting quality standards. For example minuting Tech Review meetings, collation of action items, chasing submissions and outcomes.
- Support the tracking of implementation and configuration of HR technology systems, including HRIS, ATS, performance management tools, and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain and manage Recruitment ATS database settings, users, usage and configuration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and vendors, to ensure effective project coordination and stakeholder management.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, user manuals, and training materials.
- Assist in training HR staff and end-users on HR technology systems and tools.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR technology processes and tools.
- Supporting the Group HR Projects, Governance and Risk Manager
- The role holder will be required to work closely and build strong relationships

- Internal stakeholders , group and regional operational business leads and regional HR teams located across the global.
- Prior experience (1-2 years) in project, HR or HRIS administration / coordination, or a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of HR processes, data management, and HR technology systems.
- Familiarity with HR software applications such as HRIS, ATS, learning management systems, and performance management tools.
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
- Proficiency / knowledge of Google Workspace or MS Office applications
- The role is based flexibly in our Crawley offices, combined with working virtually
