Hours: Mon-Fri - 09:00-17:00 (some flexibility expected)
Salary: £25,000

Location: Remote but some travel expected.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will support the Project Management team in the delivery of projects by working closely with customers, managing internal resources, updating internal systems and project documentation while ensuring timely delivery of implementations within the agreed scope. In addition, you will be managing a number of key pilot projects end to end.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
· Proven experience working within a Project Management department.
· A good understanding of software implementations.
· Excellent communication skills (written/verbal), with customers, teams and stakeholders.
· Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
· Support the Project Management team with their day-to-day responsibilities.
· Update Project Management systems and documentation.
· Manage a number of key pilot projects and other projects as required.
· Plan work and set deadlines to agreed deliverables.
· Assist with the preparation of scope of works for customer sign-off at project commencement.
· Work closely with customers and internal resources to plan and deliver projects.
· Manage external and internal expectations for project delivery deadlines.
· Escalate issues and potential delays in a timely manner, both internally and externally, to permit corrective action to be taken.
· Ensure all client meetings are documented and minutes issued so that customers are up to date.
· Update required project controls such as risk logs, action logs, change request logs etc.
· Work with third party suppliers and providers as needed.
· Highlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve issues.
· Maintain a strong product knowledge.
Remote role as standard, but requirement to travel may be required to attend client sites and our offices in Leicestershire and Derbyshire in the UK.
