mnAi is a multi-award-winning data, insight and analytics platform that uses proprietary technology to supply enhanced research, analytics and due diligence on all UK companies. Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to work closely with our Product, Data and Engineering teams, to successfully deliver a number of critical internal and client projects. The successful candidate will report directly to the CTO and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of all projects with mnAi.

About the role
This is a new role and a great opportunity for an ambitious project coordinator or aspiring project manager to develop their career with a market leading data company.
Working closely with the CTO, Head of Data, Head of Product and Engineering teams, you will be responsible for:
- Developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Monitoring and reporting on resource availability and performance
- Chair and organise sprint planning, demo and retrospective sessions
- Create project schedules/timelines
- Coordination of internal and third party resources
- Perform risk management to minimise potential risks
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document project needs
- Perform other related duties as assigned
This is a UK based hybrid role with two days per week in the Gatwick office.
About you
- Proficient in project management tools, especially JIRA
- Minimum 1 year proven working experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator
- Understanding of Scrum and Agile is required
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
