Our telecommunications company based in Rugeley, Staffordshire, is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of our projects, while providing essential support to our project management team.
Responsibilities
- Assist the project management team in planning, organising, and overseeing the execution of projects.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, managing project documentation, and maintaining project calendars.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements, track progress, and provide regular updates.
- Monitor project timelines, identifying potential risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and distribute project reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation.
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and external vendors.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm with half an hour lunch break.
Working hours can be tailored to support with childcare responsibilities
Salary
The salary for this position is £23,000.00 and above depending on experience
