About the role
Through our growth we are looking for a Project co-ordinator to help manage projects to completion to ensure it remains effortless for our clients. This will include
- The running and ownership of day-to-day crucial tasks, such as raising supplier POs and client invoices.
- Liaising with the client, supplier and logistics partners to ensure all the moving parts are received and delivered on time.
- Maintaining project and order documentation.
- Continuous process improvement.
About You
Applicants are required to be self-motivated and thrive in a start-up culture. You should possess excellent attention to detail and be a strong communicator, liaising with all aspects of the supply chain.
Knowledge and Specific Job Skills Summary:
2- 3 year’s experience in a customer service or administrative role
Clear and professional communication ability
Shipping and warehousing processes (international & domestic)
Data input and review skills
Invoicing knowledge
Strong Team Player
Stakeholder management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bath: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Project Management: 2 years (preferred)
