Project Coordinator - Full Time Position with Immediate Start (Based in Glasgow Office)

We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator role at MAC Network Services, based in our Hillington office in Glasgow.
Your main responsibilities:
As a Project Coordinator for MAC Network Services, your primary responsibility is to support our project engineering team in ensuring the timely completion of all project tasks. Your key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating activities across multiple workstreams.
- Collaborating with the Project Manager, field engineers, and customer representatives.
· Initiating and overseeing the scheduling of completion dates.
- Ensuring the completion of health and safety documentation.
- Communicating with site providers to coordinate site access.
- Distributing 'build packs' to field teams.
- Matching service-affecting and non-service-affecting permits with construction schedules.
- Managing precise project documentation, encompassing project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
- Reviewing and submitting handover documentation.
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues.
What we are looking for.
We are looking for candidates who have proven experience working within a full project life cycle. The candidate should possess the following skills and experiences:
· Confirmed track record of involvement across the entire project life cycle.
· A strong grasp of project governance and control principles.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude for adapting to different systems.
· Advanced problem-solving capabilities and analytical acumen.
· Precision and meticulousness in task execution.
· Effective customer service aptitude.
· Desirable: Technical acumen or foundational telecom exposure.
· Proficiency in conflict management and resolution—ability to foster agreement, foresee and address challenges.
· Skill in organizing and overseeing multiple, occasionally conflicting, priorities.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Experience:
We would like candidates to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Coordination.

Work schedule:
This is a full-time permanent role. Our business operates from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

This role is office-based. You will receive all the benefits of working in the office, including the provision of necessary work equipment and office stationery (IT equipment) to support you in your role.
