Project Coordinator – Power & Rail
Worthing, West Sussex
£25,000 - £30,000
Information on the role
- Assist with Project Management teams & lifecycles
- Collaborate with internal departments, ensuring project delivery
- Plan resources
- Risk & Issue monitoring
- H&S Tracking
- Confirm document submissions
- Ensure adherence to project management processes e.g., weekly reports, document control & communication plans
- Prepare performance reports
- Communicate with customers/clients on project progress
- Budget & Cost monitoring
What we’d like from you
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or Works Delivery Assistant
- Railway Engineering Project Experience & Knowledge
- Knowledge of planning rules & standards
- Experience working with management levels & customer/client representatives
- Effectively manage different departments & their coordination
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
- Self-motivated personality
- Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
- Organisation and time management skills
