Job Purpose:
As a Planning Coordinator for the company’s Major Projects team in Sheffield and Manchester, you'll be the driving force behind their multi-utility operations. You'll be responsible for scheduling work to teams and contractors based on their skill sets and locations. It's a fast-paced role that requires you to plan, value and duration the work to make sure we're keeping everything on track.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule work to the relevant team or contractor based on their skill set and location while planning to a value.
- Duration of work, turn cost checks against the project and reviewing projects to see if offsite work connections can be offered ahead of onsite deliverables.
- Check and issue all utilities plans, whereabouts, stats, and network MPRN's to ensure all projects are ready for work commencement.
- Proactively liaise with clients, industry stakeholders and internal teams to prevent any risks to successful delivery or find appropriate, timely solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience in a planning/scheduling coordination role is desirable but not necessary.
- Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and the willingness to progress within the planning coordination function.
