Your job
In this role the Internal Sales Person will often be the first point of contact the customer has. You will come to us with a professional sales manner and the ability to maintain and grow our existing customer base.
Duties involve:
- Managing a high volume of lower spend accounts
- Delivering excellent customer service and communication
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Processing enquiries and orders accurately and within the time dedicated by the customer deadline
- Proactive promotional calling to customers and prospects is required to maximise the growth of the region
- Serving customers at the trade counter
- Picking customer orders
- General Administration duties
Job Requirements
Required:
- Experience in a similar role.
- A sales person who is able to demonstrate a proven sales record
- Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
- Enthusiastic and professional telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Able to work using your own initiative within a demanding target driven environment.
- Good knowledge of computer programmes
Desirable:
- Preference will be given to candidates who meet the role criteria
- Experience of our products would be advantageous but not essential
