The Quality Systems & Project Coordinator will be responsible for:
· Coordinate and maintain the current ISO certified Integrated (Quality & Environment) Management System.
· Work with the Quality, Environment, Health and Safety areas of the business to ensure systems are adhered to.
· Influence the development of the Integrated Management System across the business, ensuring business-wide understanding.
· Ensure documents are reviewed at least annually and changes are made as required.
· Review and improve processes and documentation.
· Work with the HR Manager to ensure all team members have the relevant ISO training.
· Develop and maintain up to date knowledge of applicable requirements, regulations, issues, and news in relation to ISO9001, ISO14001
· Assisting with records, inspections, and monitoring activities to verify compliance with, and effectiveness of, company processes and procedures.
· Maintain the business Non-Conformance & Corrective Action Process.
· Assist with audits (internal & external) against company ISO processes and procedures.
· Liaise with (internal & external) auditors and consultants.
· Planning and coordination of the new ERP System (go live date Aug 2024), from analysis stage through to implementation, ensuring all team members commit to the project plan and meet deadlines.
The Quality Systems & Project Coordinator will have the following experience, skills, and knowledge:
Essential:
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work under pressure whilst adhering to tight deadlines.
· Ability to adapt to change in a fast-moving environment.
· Assertive, resilient and welcomes change.
· Excellent IT skills with previous experience of using Microsoft Office
· Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and their practical application
Desirable:
· Experience of working with Microsoft Business Central 365
- QSHE or equivalent qualification in Quality Management
- Able to tell it how it is with tact and diplomacy, but retain the ability to say “no”
- Prince2 or equivalent qualification in Project Management
- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time
Standard Office Hours – 08:30AM- 17:00PM Mon- Fri. Your hours will vary from these to accommodate your workload etc.
Salary: £25,000.00 - £30,000.00 per year.
