What you will be doing:

An opportunity has arisen for a Project Support Administrator to join the team at Galliford Try.

You will work on our Yorkshire Water Frameworks within our Environment Business, who are experienced in successfully delivering schemes of varying sizes, predominately to the Water Industry, across both Treatment Waste and Water schemes.

Ideally, you will be based in or around the Normanton area.

You will be an integral part of Project Delivery team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support to the operations team.

Your main responsibilities will include maintaining accurate training records and ensuring the timely scheduling of renewals to keep our workforce up-to-date and compliant.

Additionally, you will take charge of document control, specifically updating drawing tracking sheets to ensure that all information is current and readily available.

Printing of drawings and specifications will also be part of your duties, ensuring that our team has the necessary materials to carry out their tasks effectively.

You will also be responsible for the printing and distribution of product manuals, ensuring that our clients receive the necessary documentation to use our products efficiently and safely.

A key aspect of this role involves collating KPI (Key Performance Indicator) data on a monthly basis, helping our team track and improve performance.

You will also play a vital role in coordinating and managing client KPI feedback, ensuring that we maintain strong relationships with our clients and continually strive for excellence in our services.

Receiving deliveries and managing weekly hire records will also fall under your remit, ensuring that our resources and equipment are well-tracked and efficiently utilised.

As part of the administrative tasks, you will be responsible for managing office ID access passes, client access ID, and visitor access to our facilities, maintaining a secure and controlled environment.

About You:

You should be proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent IT skills, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of digital tasks. Your strong organisational and time management skills are essential for effective planning and prioritisation of tasks, reflecting your attention to detail to maintain accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.

In addition to your technical skills, we highly value personal attributes that contribute to a positive and productive work environment. As a good communicator and relationship builder, you will foster positive interactions within the team and with clients. Your self-motivation is also key to driving personal and team success, demonstrating initiative and proactivity.

The role requires the ability to collaborate within a multi-discipline team and office environment, while also being capable of working independently, showcasing your excellent organisational skills. Working in a strong team environment is an integral part of the role, and we believe you will thrive in a collaborative setting.

Proactivity in your approach is highly valued as we seek individuals like yourself who can take initiative and contribute to the growth of the company. Your effective communication skills are crucial, with a high level of diplomacy to foster positive relationships both within the organisation and with customers.

In addition to the specific qualifications and skills you possess, we are looking for the following personal attributes in you: attention to detail to ensure meticulous execution of tasks and adherence to established processes and procedures. You should also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues.

An essential aspect of the role is a commitment to understanding and promoting the Company's purpose, vision, values, and culture. Your trustworthy and ethical conduct are essential, as you will be required to exercise discretion when necessary. Your structured and professional approach to work, with a passion for excellence, is highly desired.

You should also display flexibility and resilience, adapting to changing circumstances, and the ability to build meaningful relationships across all levels. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed expectations is vital for success in this role.

Furthermore, your experience in a fast-paced, national, and multi-site business environment is advantageous, as it will enable you to navigate the challenges of our industry effectively.
