We’re looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to play a vital role in the expansion and growth of our projects team at Extramile Digital. This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting and fast-paced, award-winning digital marketing company that operates both within the UK and overseas markets.

Key responsibilities of the position:

Working alongside the project manager to;

    Work with the Studio team to plan the timelines for projects.
    Work with the team to agree on the scope of the project and agree on milestones so that these are communicated to all stakeholders.
    Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
    Work with the Project Manager to define project resource requirements, including identifying and allocating resources, managing priorities, and providing guidance and direction to team members on project tasks.
    Communicate effectively and proactively with clients providing regular project updates and presenting project status reports to internal management.
    Ensure the quality standards have been agreed on projects and that all project deliverables meet the stated quality standards, are completed on time, and are within budget
    Identify project risks and issues, develop and implement risk mitigation plans with the Project Manager, and escalate issues as appropriate.
    Take an active part in sprint planning and daily scrums to ensure project priorities are being delivered.
    Ensuring all data is accurately recorded in Monday software and that the right tasks have been allocated to the right person.
    Ensure all client amends to projects are completed to agreed deadlines
    Ensure all support tasks are acknowledged, triaged, allocated and scheduled for completion
    Manage the overdue support task list and proactively report issues with weekly update reviews scheduled with the Project Manager
    Proactive communications with clients to keep clients informed of ticket progress and to ensure follow-up on the information needed to progress tasks

Qualifications and training:

    Previous experience in organising and delivering project tasks
    Proactive problem solving, identifying issues and trends
    Good understanding of website development and UX/UI

Experience:

    Working in a digital marketing agency
    Experience in agile project process is desirable but not essential

Product Knowledge:

    An understanding of technical products (preferably web design, development and Search Engine Marketing)
    A working knowledge of CMS WordPress, Joomla! and Magento
