Join the Brunel Hive team at Brunel Business School in the pivotal role of a Project Coordinator (Marketing and Communication). This position is ideal for candidates brimming with creative marketing ideas, strong organisational abilities, and a drive to engage with businesses including Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).
As a Project Coordinator, your core responsibility will be to create compelling marketing content, harmonise digital campaigns, and oversee analytics tools. This role will require you to collaborate with external and internal stakeholder for the smooth execution and development of projects. You'll ensure a streamlined administration process and uphold efficient project routines.
In your specialist duties, you will be integral to the development, promotion, and delivery of e-marketing materials and other promotional content for Brunel Hive. Managing marketing and communication schedules and ensuring the timely publication of newsletter issues on Brunel Hive webpages will fall under your purview.
You'll be instrumental in building and fostering relationships with business executives for our podcasts, webinars, and social media engagement. You will also be expected to report marketing and communication activities and data to the Director of Brunel Hive on a quarterly basis.
Liaising with various University departments regarding marketing and communication delivery matters will be necessary, ensuring adherence to university branding guidelines at all times.
The successful candidate will have the ability to articulate issues/concepts to a diverse range of audiences, effectively manage and prioritise tasks, and deliver innovative solutions on schedule. You should be able to work effectively within a multi-functional team, have excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills, and possess practical experience applying project management principles and techniques. Familiarity with local support services, training, and job opportunity providers in London is a plus.
