Project Coordinator(Temporary / Part-Time)
Location: Aberdeen

Working within the project team, this role reports directly to the Project Manager on all matters relating to the administration and coordination of the contract. You will be required to support the team in all aspects of project administration including interfacing with other corporate departments.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure client required documentation is submitted in a timely fashion- Main both Company & Client rota and flight booking system.
- Input holiday requests into holiday tracker and sign off for payment
- Raise requisitions for recruitment upmanning and holiday cover
- Ensure all personnel to mobilise have completed relevant pre-mob training
- Responsible for recording appraisal progress as per annual appraisal plan
- Coordinate annual shutdown ramp up / ramp down and ensure all standby payments are captured
- Review timesheets and ensure accuracy and compliance of time recording.
- Maintain project timesheets on timewriting system.
- Write & check or approve training, expenses and wages payments as required.
- Ensure correct job numbers and purchase order numbers are on timesheets to enable them to be invoiced correctly
- Ensure weekly deliverables are sent in from offshore and logged/saved
- Maintain Live Training matrix for all regular personnel and arrange necessary trainin.
- In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the position holder is required to perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager from time to time
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office-based role
- Experience using Solab - Onboard Tracker tool (desirable)
- Experience using -MPower timewriting (desirable)
- Assertive and confident
- Familiar with agile working, continuously looking for improvements that can be made
- Good communication and organisational skills, excellent team player
- Happy to work on own initiative, manage time effectively and prioritise workload
- Computer Literate – all MS Office Software
