Project Coordinator Team Leader

We’re now looking for Project Coordinator Team Leader to join our team and help us deliver great results for our clients.
The Role
To support and coordinate the activities of a team of Project Coordinators whilst also maintaining coordination of Project Engineers delivering multiple projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Day to Day management of team of Project Coordinators
- Provide reporting to Senior Management team (SMT)
- Follow, create and advise on project process governance
- Provide escalation management to Project coordinators
- Schedule and create initial project work plans including procurement management
- Communicate with clients about project progress
- Accurately document project progress
- Maintain information security by complying with the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) and all relevant policies
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
Essential:
- Recent Team management experience within fast paced project environments
- Experience of Project Management Process Governance creation and management
- Experience coordinating a high volume of concurrent projects
- Experience working with external clients
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail including experience of providing required reporting to SMT
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
Desirable:
- Previous experience within an MSP environment
