Project Controller Officer
As a Project Controller Officer at Flexiti, you will be a key contributor to the PMO to ensure the proper planning and control of activities related to the execution of our corporate projects. This includes the creation and administration of the project plan, project documents, time reporting and financial controls; assist in maintaining project schedules, develop and maintain issue logs and project repositories of documents, prepare documents for various recurring meetings including minutes, and develop presentation documentation as required.
What you will be doing:
- Assist the Project and Program Managers in monitoring, controlling, and administering the project progress and performance and other aspects of project management (scope, time, cost, quality and risk).
- Support the Project Managers in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules for carrying out the project and identify resource needs in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Assist project managers in managing project budgets and ensure that expenditures are made within the allocated budgets.
- Provide project planning support, including scheduling, budgeting, performance monitoring, variance analysis, status reporting, and resource planning.
- Coordinate and lead planning sessions and workshops to compile the master project schedule agreeing baselines and a critical path.
- Coordinate and lead project activities related to Product Operations teams including managing cross functional stakeholders, developing projects plans and communicating status.
- Ensure that the projects in the portfolio comply with PMO best practices for centralized tracking.

What you should have:
- Experience as a Project Controller (PCO); 2+ years in relevant field or project coordinator/management role experience.
- University degree or equivalent
- Proficient knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management theory, methodology, techniques, planning, reporting, conflict resolution and facilitation.
- Proven track record of successful project execution, tracking project deliverables and project scope.
- Critical thinking, excellent listening skills, ability to take initiative and communicate clearly.
- Strong communication skills to provide reliable information and adapt quickly to changes and challenges.
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and to work successfully under pressure.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Track record of preparing both "detailed" and "management level" reports
