Job overview
You will work as part of a dynamic team supporting the expansion and delivery of the ESR and Financial Ledger Alignment work across the NCA.
The People Information Systems Team is based at Whitney Court, Oldham. The office is close to the centre of Oldham and has good access to public transport links and there is an on-site car park.
Main duties of the job
We provide full training to team members and once training has been completed are able to offer the opportunity of a mix of both office based and home working. IT is provided to support this.

Skills
Essential criteria
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge, skills and experience equivalent to Diploma level
- Evidence of achievement/competency in Microsoft office applications e.g. ECDL, RSA3, NVQ3 (or equivalent) or equivalent experience.
Experience
Essential criteria
- Substantial recent NHS ESR experience in a working environment, including data inputting in HR management
- Experience of working as a team member in an office environment.
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Communication skills – to be able to communicate effectively with managers/members of staff/general public, both verbally and in writing
