This interesting role involves working with the friendly directors of the company as an assistant on the projects they run. This means that you will:
- Liaise with customers to set up meetings;
- Attend meetings and promptly provide clear written summary notes afterwards;
- Keep a spreadsheet of projects and update the status of each as it progresses;
- Prepare voiceover scripts and liaise with voice recording artists;
- Prepare eLearning scripts and storyboards;
- Watch and listen to completed eLearning programmes, noting any errors;
- Liaise professionally by eMail with customers, colleagues and suppliers as needed.
The Project Assistant role is varied and you will also be expected from time-to-time, to:
- Answer the office telephone in a positive and professional manner, taking and passing on accurate messages and caller contact details as needed;
- Place orders for software with our suppliers.
You will be a fast, enthusiastic learner with good pre-existing knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook, and training will be provided on all tasks listed above.
