
Project Assistant South West England
Job description
WRc is seeking a Project Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis to join our team in Swindon with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.
You will provide project administration and coordination support to our Technical Services team. Succesful candidates will have prior experience as a Project Assistant / Coordinatior or Office Support / Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide coordination and administrative support for projects to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate project resources and monitor availability/task allocation to avoid schedule clashes or inefficiencies
- Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
- Support the preparation of comprehensive project progress and other reports to various audiences
- Assist in the creation of project documentation in line with company standards and procedures
Person Specification
- Project or office support / administrative experience
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft 365 products, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience of using business analysis tools such as PowerBI
- Experience in environments where organisation and teamwork has been essential
- Excellent communication with a proven record of building strong relationships with clients, teams and stakeholders
Salary and Benefits
- Up to £25,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience
