About this Position:
The Dealer Communications and Events Unit is responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of communications to the AHM Field and Dealer network.
Through ongoing communication utilizing the online dealer portal (iN), the individual in this role serves as the primary contact to lead the delivery of corporate and brand messages to AHM Auto Sales Field and Honda /Acura Dealers to drive franchise operations, confidence, and profitability. This individual will craft communications, establish processes, manage deadlines, and lead projects to support the overall communications objectives. The role includes leading and supporting various projects and providing data and analysis that influences decisions on dealer communications objectives that impact overall Auto Sales business unit goals.
Additionally, this position is responsible for delivering cost-effective event support for Auto Sales, maintaining budgets on dealer and field-facing programs, and evolving the business to find efficiencies for future operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the evaluation of the communication of daily news and determine the appropriate methods of deployment across various channels.
- Responsible for ensuring maximum impact and consumption by developing and utilizing appropriate metrics to support direction and strategy.
- Write copy to communicate new programs to dealers, provide project updates and create understanding and alignment between dealers and company.
- Responsible for the Information Technology pages on the Interactive Network (iN). This includes determining daily priorities and strategies for distributing information to dealers and using Salesforce for dissemination.
- Develop, approve, deploy surveys in company Qualtrics tool, including determining what information is pertinent to the Unit’s function and making the surveys more robust to gather new information. KPI tracking from Qualtrics surveys and iN web pages, including use of Adobe Analytics to provide analysis on dealers’ view and use of content.
- Manage pricing communications for all Honda and Acura vehicles
- Create proposals for dealer events and manage associated projects.
- Budget Tracking and PO Management
- Vendor Management
Who we are seeking:
Required Work Experience:
- 4+ years’ experience in a communications or marketing role
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Strong analytical skills
- Process oriented
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts (Communications, Business Admin., Political Science, etc.)
Desired skills:
- Basic understanding of the automobile industry and the dealer/OEM relationship

Total Rewards:
- Competitive Base Salary: $68,700 - $103,000
o Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to, geographic location, work experience, education, etc.
