Job Title: HR Administrator
Salary: £24,294 - £26,421 FTE, depending on experience
Hours: 30-37 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Mangotsifeld, Bristol, BS16 9LH
About the role
As HR Administrator you will be responsible for providing a wide range of support to our Central HR Team. You will be responsible for everything from issuing contacts and carrying out employment checks through to onboarding and the maintenance of records throughout the employee lifecycle. You will ensure we are compliant and follow best practice in our administrative process. You will also liaise with key stakeholders within our schools and answer general queries.
This is an office based role in the our Central Team heart of Mangotsfield.
About you
It is essential that you have a proven track record of working accurately in a fast paced office environment and are able to use your initiative to resolve queries. You’ll have a good eye for detail and be able to provide quality assurance for recruitment administration. You’ll be able to confidently communicate with stakeholders at all levels and have strong IT skills. Experience of working in education or the public sector is desirable but not essential.
