We’re one of the UK’s leading management systems and business improvement training providers serving all types of businesses and industry sectors across the country. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Project Administrator / Business Analyst to help with a range of business administration activities as well as gaining marketplace insight, to develop and execute ideas to build upon our success.
The successful applicant will firstly learn the ropes by working as part of our Training Team, responding to customer enquiries and managing training course bookings and events. Once you have gained a good understanding of what we do for our customers you will have the opportunity to work closely with other functions, such as marketing and finance, and get involved in a variety of projects to improve the service we give our customers from advancing our product offering to website content creation.

Requirements
To succeed, you will be bright and enthusiastic as well as curious and meticulous. You may be a recent graduate looking for an opportunity to cut your teeth within a corporate environment.
You must be:
· competent in using the full Microsoft Office suite
· a team player
· always looking for better ways to do things
· experienced (1-2 years minimum) working within a corporate or professional services environment
· wanting to get involved and meeting new people
· great at building relationships with colleagues and wider stakeholders
· professional and ambitious
