As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting Project Managers throughout customer implementations of the compliance platform through to go-live and into the support phase.
Candidates will be responsible for:
· Support the PM Lead in customer implementations:
· DevOps/sharepoint management
· Development of Project Plans
· Developing User Acceptance Testing scripts and procedures
· Producing and maintaining help files and support documentation
· Producing system documentation / process flows
· Support customers via the help desk and responding to tickets
A successful candidate must have the following skills:
· Knowledge of with PLM/ERP systems and product structures
· Experience of software implementation and support
· Excellent written and spoken English
· Proactive and able to work autonomously
· A strong customer focus and relationship management skills with the ability to see both the wider picture and detailed subject matter
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
