Commercial Planning Analyst
- Driving full integration of channels and products to best serve our business, government, and wholesale customers in the UK and internationally.
- Investing strategically in present and future needs of customers, aligned behind common digital, network and security platforms.
- Accelerating our transformation plans and delivery of next generation products and services, making it easier for customers to do business with BT and for BT to transact more profitably with customers; and continuing to invest in the skills, technology and partnerships required to return to growth and become the leading provider of secure multi-cloud connectivity.
- Assisting in the construction of SMB P&L models for MTP, including base models
- Keeping models up-to-date and refreshing forecasts on a monthly basis to provide SMB with the most current and accurate performance insights against targets
- Participation in monthly governance processes and the generation of executive-level reports
- Aiding in the evolution of the business planning processes for both the short and long term
- Performing analysis to facilitate the development of top-tier MTP and monthly rolling outlooks
- Playing a role in crafting business cases that bolster SMB growth initiatives
- Solutions focused: individual who can present complex problems into logical chunks and is able to influence, drive change and deal with ambiguity
- Commercial acumen: Rapid analysis and decision making; understanding of the levers that drive commercial performance including competitors, marketing, customer proposition, pricing, regulation/legal, sales and financials.
- Effective planner and co-ordinator: This role needs someone who can create momentum behind well-structured plans and effective governance in a highly matrixed environment

BT have moved to a hybrid working model - you can work from home 2 days per week. This means you’ll be at your contractual location 3 days a week.
