Job Title: Project Administrator

Salary range: £18,000 to 20,000

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

The Role:

Are you an enthusiastic individual keen to kick start your administration career in a busy Projects department? Due to continued growth, an exciting new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic person to join our bustling Projects team in the role of Project Administrator. This is an entry level role and will include coaching to help you fulfil your role and reach your full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling telephone enquiries
  • Raising helpdesk tickets on behalf of customers
  • Running a weekly Projects Report and completing updates
  • Scheduling Pro-active Maintenance Visits and Project works
  • Diary management
  • Travel & Hotel Booking
  • Completing Logs relating to Project Works
  • Managing a delivery log for all Project Works hardware
  • Minute taking at Project related meetings
  • Scheduling Interviews on behalf of the Engineering Team
  • Supporting Project Manager with the preparation of floor plans, hospitality quotes and proposals
  • Liaising with hospitality suppliers and distributors to help prepare solution quotations

Desired skills:

  • Good written and verbal communications
  • Excellent communication and organisations skills
  • Strong knowledge of using MS Office would be beneficial to perform general administrative duties

  • An organised and logical mindset and approach to tasks.
  • A Focused and Enthusiastic work ethic

Desired qualifications:

  • GCSE grade 4/ C or above or equivalent in maths and English
