Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our project team, ensuring efficient operations and streamlined workflows.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing project documentation, and monitoring project timelines.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing regular project updates.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather project requirements and ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and project-related documentation.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other project-related materials.
- Support the team in optimising administrative processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably within a project-based environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to work.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
