Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our close-knit and friendly team as a Project Administrative Assistant. We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive and well-organised professional to provide programme management and coordination administrative support and play an integral part in the delivery of excellent services to our clients.

To offer further flexibility, this role is also available as a part-time position (Mon-Fri 9.30 am-3.00 pm, salary and annual leave pro rata).
Job Specification
- Provide administrative support on projects
- Maintain the company’s database and office filing system
- Manage the project management system (Monday.com)
- Be the first point of contact for general project queries, demonstrating outstanding customer service
- Manage calendars
- Undertake any other administrative duties appropriate to the level of the post as required
- Maintain confidentiality at all times and promote equality, diversity and inclusion
- Carry out all work in a manner consistent with the values of Impact Psychology for Business
