Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our close-knit and friendly team as a Project Administrative Assistant. We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive and well-organised professional to provide programme management and coordination administrative support and play an integral part in the delivery of excellent services to our clients.

Job Specification

  • Provide administrative support on projects
  • Maintain the company’s database and office filing system
  • Manage the project management system (Monday.com)
  • Be the first point of contact for general project queries, demonstrating outstanding customer service
  • Manage calendars
  • Undertake any other administrative duties appropriate to the level of the post as required
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and promote equality, diversity and inclusion
  • Carry out all work in a manner consistent with the values of Impact Psychology for Business
