Acaster Lloyd Consulting Ltd is a scientific research consultancy based in Central London led by co-founders Sarah Acaster and Andrew Lloyd. The Acaster Lloyd group includes 30 people, mostly based in London. We are supportive, collaborative and social.

We undertake consultancy and research for biotech and pharmaceutical companies globally. We work with our clients to understand the burden of disease and the value of medicines and other health technologies from the patients’ perspective.

Our client base continues to expand, and we have a lot of repeat business due our significant contribution to science, expertise in health psychology and our collaborative and supportive approach.

We are now seeking a Project Administration Assistant to provide support to our project team across a range of research projects.

Administrative Assistant

Role Profile

  • Supporting senior managers across a range of project work
  • Using MS Word and PowerPoint to format reports and documents
  • Reviewing patient survey results and updating relevant data onto the system
  • Scheduling international project meetings across a range of time zones
  • Monitoring and reporting on income milestones and triggers
  • Coordination of regulatory requirements, ensuring timely submissions, tracking approvals and chasing non responses
  • Managing the issue and return of contracts with third party providers such as market research, translation and transcribing service providers
  • Advising accounts team to raise invoices for payment
  • Undertake research to support business development activity

ABOUT YOU

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • IT savvy with exceptional MS Office skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement ability
  • You will thrive working in a varied and fast paced environment
