Job-specific training will be provided and we are searching for someone who might have previously worked in one of these fields:
- Administration
- Project Assistant
- Office roles
- Customer Service
- Education
The Absolute Dogs team are fast-moving and dynamic, and constantly have new and exciting projects on-the-go. The Project Assistant will help the Project Manager to move these projects along and the role includes:
- Supporting the Project Manager with creating digital project plans for launches, events and products.
- Scheduling and assist with planning marketing and social media campaigns, and reviewing designs from the studio team
- Sourcing new products and liaising with suppliers to get the best value on services.
- Managing excel spreadsheets and providing status reports to Project Managers.
- Communicating with the team to ensure they have what they need in order to complete their project tasks.
- Championing the Click-up Project Management tool and troubleshooting any issues.
- Swiftly communicating potential struggles and challenges with project tasks to the Project Manager and helping to come up with solutions.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Docs.
- 2 years experience of working in an administrative role

Pay starting at £20,000 - £22,000 per annum.
The role will require the candidate to work from our sites in the Okehampton area.
