The Creative Arts department has over 220 learners and offers a wide range of vocational programmes in Art and Design, Performing Arts and Music, at level 2 and level 3, including BTEC and RSL qualifications.
We are looking to appoint a Progress Tutor to join the department and support our learners to achieve their full potential and progress to their next steps. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of tasks including one to one and group sessions with students, monitoring and reviewing students’ attendance and achievement, and supporting a range of team activities such as welcome events and induction.

To be considered you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A relevant vocational or academic qualification at Level 3
- Experience working in an educational setting
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a large and dynamic team
- Excellent planning, administration and organisational skills
- Passion, motivation, and sensitivity
- Respect for our aims and values
