We have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Support Officer to join the organisation.
You will be responsible for providing and leading on programme support to a number of projects within OneWolverhampton.
To be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of defined work streams within the programme, including assisting in the development of project plans, and working with internal stakeholders to ensure engagement and sign-up
To manage the work of an administrative/programme function
To carry out programme/administrative tasks
The post holder will be accountable for own actions and to manage their own workload
Overall responsibility for managing, maintaining and developing the programme teams database and filing system

To provide full project/programme support for the delivery of the designated projects within the Transformation Programme
To communicate information with partners, stakeholders, patients, relatives or staff on a variety of service and workforce matters and procedures
To communicate complicated programme and administrative information to staff from other departments, across the Trust and with external contacts and stakeholders
To communicate complex, sensitive, contentious information with a range of stakeholders, where persuasion or negotiation is required
To exercise judgements when dealing with the analysis of business and programme performance information and decisions to ensure targets are achieved
To manage a service/project and to ensure that targets are met
To develop and implement plans/work streams and to manage and organise activities
Communicate with patients and the public, but on non-clinical matters (i.e. explain local plans, procedures)
To develop and implement programme administration policies for own area of work and the programme as a whole
Undertake surveys or audits, as necessary to own work i.e. completes staff survey, complete basic audit proformas
To monitor and maintain information systems
To develop databases/spreadsheets, to collate or produce reports on a regular basis and subsequently manage/deliver a systematic approach to information management in support of the projects within the wider programme of change.
To input data onto relevant systems, required to store and retrieve information or to collate and report data
Optimise the use of technology for area of own work
Develop presentations and supporting materials to progress the programme and ensure all developed products and reports are fit-for-purpose and provide reliable, accurate and timely information
