This is an exciting time in our firm’s history as we are already expanding into new markets within Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County. Our Marketing Director will be the cornerstone of our strategic and organic growth and the firm’s continued success over the next decade, and beyond.

Competitive Pay and Benefits
Competitive salary to be negotiated commensurate with experience- Bonus structure to be negotiated for the Marketing Director role

- Ability to manage projects and people at an elite level.
- Deep, practical understanding, knowledge, and experience of technical SEO/SEM/Local Google Business Profile tactics and a healthy obsession with innovation in digital marketing, the latest news and updates relating to search algorithms, and emerging industry best practices.
- Demonstrate aptitude and enthusiasm to compose, edit, proofread, and manage the technical SEO and content work you’ll produce, and of others. Backgrounds in English, journalism, composition, creative or technical SEO/SEM content production is of great importance to the firm and this role.
- Experience in writing, producing, and managing video and social content in collaboration with your team.
- An appreciation of the importance of, and consistent efforts to improve, the client experience from first impression to the client’s case being closed.
- Masterful ability to navigate our firm’s organic growth both in the physical and digital space as we add new office locations. A hands-on focus on increasing brand recognition and market penetration in the markets we are targeting.
- A sharp acumen for general business development, recognizing leadership team dynamics, and a willingness to quickly learn the business of law.
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking and a distinct talent for conjuring, developing, and pursuing new ideas that further the firm's goals and mission.
- Ability to effectively integrate into and contribute to our dynamic and high-energy Executive Team and “fit” alongside our 15+ legal staff and team.
- Work alongside a creative owner-visionary with impeccable standards and integrity who loves marketing, business development, and coaching.
- An appreciation for healthy conflict and a propensity to cultivate solutions and compromise for a shared goal among a diverse pool of personalities and interests.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing and at least 3 years experience managing creative people, roles, or creative processes. This is not an entry-level position.
- We only want to hire this role once. We want you to genuinely desire a long-term home to which you’ll exclusively commit your time, skills, and talents to.
- Strong leadership skills given the importance of this role on the Executive Team and the EOS model. You’ll need to be an outstanding manager of time, projects, and personalities. There is no room for interpersonal doubt or emotional reactions. You will always operate with logic and sensibility. You are tough, self-assured, and self-motivated.
- A can-do work ethic and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to get the job done. While the Marketing Director will manage direct reports, this is not a passive, middle management job. You will have a workload of projects and tasks with milestones, deadlines, and end deliverables to be held accountable for by the Executive Team.
- You’ll need to exhibit a ruthless attention to detail. Be prompt, focused, and organized in all that you do. You’re a high-level strategic planner and executor. Mistakes are always OK – we take responsibility, learn from them, and never make them twice.
- You get excited about setting and working towards Big Goals for brand growth, physical expansion, and market dominance in the legal services sector for criminal/DUI defense.
