ESF Project Programme Officer [LCR Enhance]

Liverpool Business School (LBS) at John Moores University is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced individual to the role of ESF Project Programme Officer for the LCR Enhance Project
The project is part funded by European Social Funds (ESF) under Priority 2.1 and its emphasis on improving leadership and management. It will offer a demand-led training package for small enterprises and their employees in the LCR.
The project aim is to upskill participants currently fulfilling or with the future potential to undertake higher level management roles within the city-region’s business base, with long term impact in terms of improving technical competence, and as result productivity. Subject to ESF approval the training will be co-ordinated by Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) and its named Delivery Partners offering flexible and accessible workforce training from Levels 2 up to Level 7 that is relevant to individuals’ skills needs and local business growth ambitions. The areas of support will cover a range of themes and activities including: · Leadership, coaching and mentoring · Project management skills · Conflict resolution · Digital, including but not restricted to marketing and social media · Financial skills · Business improvement techniques · Entrepreneurship · Communication skills
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and motivated team at a significant time of growth for Liverpool Business School.
LBS are looking for someone with a high degree of project administration experience. You will support the LCR Enhance Team, in order to deliver a uniform service to defined performance standards as regulated by the SLA in each case, and monitoring the project according to set milestones. In particular, the Project Programme officer will have responsibility for collection of data, auditing and mapping of all participants through the work packages.
