Programme manager – social value
Location: Newcastle
Please Note: Due to the nature of client work you will be undertaking, you will need to be willing to go through a Security Clearance process as part of this , which requires 5+ years UK address history at the point of application.

As the Programme Manager for social value you will:
Work with organisations across our regional locations to identify social value opportunities
Shape and drive social value initiatives across our regional locations for the benefit of our local clients
Monitor, track, and report on current initiatives as well as strategically evaluate successes and lessons learnt
Lead on early talent and social mobility initiatives across the region, working closely with different education establishments and organisations, to feed into client demand for the Advanced Technology Centre
Provide sales and bid support for prospective technology programme and projects
The following skills and experience are essential for this role:
Programme management credentials spanning multiple clients and initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience delivering in-person events / meetings to large and senior audiences
Ability to work with apprentices and graduates to provide pastoral care
A track record of on time on budget delivery
Experience monitoring and delivering social value initiatives
Good knowledge of the education sector and different models of learning
Set yourself apart:
A strong connection to and passion for Technology programmes across businesses in the North East
Advanced reporting and data visualizations skills e.g. Power BI, Qlik
Storytelling skills
