The Opportunity:*

We are looking for a collaborative & motivated Programme Manager to own and successfully deliver the respective program, so that we deeply understand client needs, manage their expectations and successfully deliver what they need and want. Ensure programmes deliver on their transformative potential.

Key Responsibilities*

  • Lead engagement with client partner and internal stakeholders regarding all delivery
  • Manage the implementation of client programs and strategic implementations which includes:
  • Leading the coherent delivery against the program plan
  • Creation and maintenance of program artefacts
  • Establish, influence and manage stakeholders and their expectations at the most Senior levels
  • Managing client requirements for the development, integration (both internal and within client environment) and implementation of the product
  • Lead internal and client reporting
  • Competent, timely and mature issue resolution
  • Proactive and judicious risk management
  • Manage the delivery of the program team
  • Lead a passion within the company for delivering impactful solutions
  • Collaborate with an international team across the EU and the US
  • Lead and manage the client through the program life-cycle/transformational flow
  • Manage the day-to-day planning, tracking and reporting with delivery teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Leading transformational change within complex, large enterprises
  • Working with and inspiring excellent working relationships with delivery partners, navigating a variety of delivery company cultures
  • Strong experience and understanding of strategic and leading edge technology, particularly data and analytics
  • Technology curious and savvy
  • Highly skilled and certified in a variety of waterfall and Agile project management methodologies and program management tools

  • Ideally experience in effective remote working and matrix team management
  • Excellent people and delivery management

Ideal background:

  • Customer analytics, systems and/or data background
  • Experience as a Programme Manager at a technology/consulting company, delivering to enterprise clients
  • Experience in complex program environments, and collaborative delivery partnerships
  • Telecoms experience essential
