This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate and develop the Trust’s programmes within our established Sheffield hub.
Reporting to the Programme Delivery Manager and working closely with our Yorkshire based Athlete Mentor team, you will oversee the successful execution of programmes supporting 300 young people per year across a range of education and community programmes. This includes programmes funded through Westfield Health and other Sheffield based businesses, as well as national funders. You will have the opportunity to help further grow our hub, build relationships and supporting with attracting new funding to the area.

Ideally the post holder will also have knowledge of Sheffield and the challenges and opportunities it provides for young people.
As a key member of the Trust’s Programme Delivery team, you will also need to work closely with our Insights and Impact Manager, our Business Development team, our Communications and Marketing team, as well as the opportunity to work alongside our World Class Athlete Mentors. While the role is home based, the post holder will be required to attend programmes and meetings in person in Sheffield on a regular basis.
Coordinate Sheffield based programmes which currently include On Track to Achieve and one to one mentoring in schools, Young Leaders in partnership with Sheffield Hallam and school holiday activities with a range of providers through:
· Ensuring programmes are delivered successfully against contractual requirements including KPIs, delivering exceptional outcomes for young people.
· Supporting with recruitment of young people.
· Providing a structured and supportive environment for athlete mentors to operate in including writing briefing documents and checking in.
· Coordinating and facilitating corporate employee volunteering opportunities on programmes
· Collecting and chasing programme data, conducting programmes reviews and uploading onto Trust’s information management systems.
· Building and maintaining relationships with schools, community groups, businesses, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of programmes.
· Delivering programmes within the Trust’s account model framework including using Monday.com to coordinate activity.
· Represent the Trust in Sheffield.
· Ensuring programmes are delivered on budget.
· Safeguarding young people in line with Trust Safeguarding policy.
· Active member of Trust teams accountable for providing timely programme updates and ideas.
· Support the Insights and Impact Manager with data collection, cleaning and analysis.
· To ensure data is handled in accordance with Trust policy.
· To provide support with report writing as required.
· Travel to Trust and community meetings as required.
You may also be asked to coordinate Trust programmes in other parts of the UK.
