Job description
Programme Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Tracking status and progress on quality efforts across multiple horizontal and vertical product teams and communicating blockers and cross team dependencies
- Maintaining documentation on process, product and design principles, and guidance for partner teams
- Facilitating meetings, capturing notes and clearly communicating action items and follow ups to all stakeholders to drive teams forward in the product development process
- Coordinating tasks and triaging to appropriate stakeholders
- Managing calendar invites, schedules, room bookings, and agendas for all meetings and workshops
- Creating regular reports and communications on program health, progress, and status to relevant stakeholders
- Running retrospectives to identify process improvements
- Collaborating closely with Design Program Managers and Product Managers to prioritize and de-prioritize workstreams
- Minimum of 4 years of project coordination experience, ideally within tech
- Experience working in environments with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise appropriately
