The University of Leeds is one of the top 135 universities in the world. We have a truly global community, with more than 39,000 students from 170 different countries and over 9,000 staff of 100 different nationalities. Established in 1904, we have a strong tradition of academic excellence, reflected in first-class student education, along with world-leading research that has a real impact around the globe.

The University’s Academic Strategic Plan (2020-2030) aims to create a research culture and environment that places the University of Leeds at the centre of a global research and innovation community, delivering truly transformational fundamental and challenge-led research that advances knowledge and creates solutions to local, national and global challenges. Within this, improving links with external partners, including industry, to facilitate collaborative research, drive opportunities for innovation and ensure our research can be effectively translated to deliver economic and societal value is seen as essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of capacity building projects which provide a significant boost for innovation engagement and entrepreneurial development with researchers and businesses. As Project Coordinator, you will report to the Head of Skills Development and provide flexible, efficient, and effective administrative support to a range of activities including but not limited to the Michael Beverley Innovation Fellowship, Entrepreneurs in Residence Pilot and KPMG Talent project.
